A mechanism
to facilitate transfer of funds to projects
overseen in the Villages of NABUUR.COM

This is a project in development. Many NABUUR.COM virtual Villages need to find a mechanism to gather funds for projects. Funds are not easy to transfer in small amounts from one country to the next without paying bank fees which are proportionately too large.

Funds given to aid projects of large organisations (like the Red Cross) can do so with tax advantage for the donor. Can we build a system where individual non-profit incorporated associations are established in different countries, as a channel for funds from those countries to Village projects.
